Lead Physical Therapist at East Memphis location
Dr. Tyler Grady grew up in Arkansas playing sports, which led him to his passion of helping others live an active lifestyle without pain or limitations. He graduated in 2019 from the University of Central Arkansas with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and began his career here in Shelby County after graduation in order to be with his wife Katie. He is currently the Lead Therapist at our East Memphis location.
Tyler has many talents, including singing and playing the guitar. He even has a family band. Dr. Grady also enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, being at the lake, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks! We are blessed to have Tyler on our team with his strong knowledge of the human body and passion to help others succeed at their goals. He strives to give his best to each patient and continues to grow his toolbox to better serve others. Best of all, his positive energy is contagious.
The core values that drive me are to tackle tackle everything I do in life with a positive attitude and value integrity in all that I do.
“Whatever you do, do well, and may success attend your efforts.”
I am the Clinic Director for the East Memphis Clinic. I’m also a physical therapist that enjoys empowering patients with the hope that their bodies have the amazing ability to heal.
I enjoy helping patients work on strength, balance, and walking, especially when they are preparing for a cruise or trip. I also enjoy keeping active patients participating in their desired activities and helping patients with chronic pain increase their activity level without fear of the bodies.
What. ilove about working here is our ability to see patients one-on-one really stands out in the outpatient physical therapy world. This allows us to give our best effort to each person who walks through our door to ensure they achieve their dream outcome.

When I am not working, I enjoy cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks and Memphis Tigers. I also sing and play the guitar and perform with my parents at various events around my hometown. We call ourselves The Grady Bunch. During the summer time I like to spend as much time as I can at the lake. Once fall hits, my wife, Katie, and I train for the St. Jude Half Marathon which we have participated in for the past several years.
