I have worked as a comprehensive support services to management and operational teams; collaborated with multiple departments to facilitate client access to resources. Developed a streamlined approach to collect delinquent funds. Developed and implemented a comprehensive new-hire orientation program, enhancing onboarding efficiency.

I do verification of benefits for the company. Something patients have to deal with that I want to fix is issues with insurance and not understanding what is covered.
I like working here because I enjoy the team (Tyler & Lauren) and also seeing the patients.
