A Little More About Me
My name is Amanda Ling – a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Functional Nutrition and Hormone Specialist, and Integrative Health Coach. I found my calling in working with women in midlife to educate, inspire, train, empower, and give hope when illness, injury, or the stress of a life well lived leaves them feeling less than their best. I work with women like you to overcome their biggest health challenges by transforming their movement, meals, mindset, and metabolism.
I currently reside in Tennessee with my husband Trevor and our two children but work with clients virtually from all across the country. Together, Trevor and I own Peak Potential Physiotherapy & Wellness and authored the book “Heal, Optimize, Thrive: An Integrative System to Recover Energy, Gain Strength, and Age with Vitality Even After Injury”.
