Beef Bone Broth Stew
Slow cooker to the rescue!
At the end of a busy week, there is
nothing better than coming home to
dinner already prepared.
Even better, a healthy stew made
with bone broth. Â This stew is packed
with both protein and collagen.  This
is going to make your gut happy after
possibly over indulging the past few
weeks.
Ingredients:
2 lb Lean Beef Stew Meat
1 medium Onion, chopped
4 Carrots, chopped
4 Celery Stalks, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Oregano
4 cups Beef Bone Broth
1 cup Frozen Peas
Instructions:
*Add all ingredients to crock pot and
cook on low for 8 hours.  During last
30 minutes, add frozen peas (this
allows them to stay a pretty bright
green and not become too mushy).
**Add extra salt and pepper to taste.
***Parsley makes a great topping and
adds to the digestive benefits of this dish.
****I used Kettle and Fire Beef Bone
Broth, but if you make your own, even
better!
