Dr. Savannah Payton Rutledge
Savannah is originally from Georgia, but a proud graduate of Mississippi State University where she earned a degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She was a cheerleader for 4 years while she was there and used her 13 years of competitive cheer experience to coach as well. During this time she had an ACL tear and more fully was able to extend empathy to her patients after being on the other side.
She moved to Tennessee to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College and originally came to Peak Potential for her final internship before graduation. Savannah and her husband Spencer have settled into the Memphis area with their dog Sampson.
Our favorite thing about Savannah is her passion people - keeping them moving and motivated . She is always striving to learn and grow professionally in order to bring her best to her patient’s. And she does it all with a smile on her face.
