Trevor currently heads a team of seasoned doctors at Peak Potential that share his vision, and he is honored by the trust his patients place in him by consistently referring their family and friends to his clinic.

Dr. Amanda Ling

Dr. Amanda Ling is a physical therapist, wellness coach, and co-owner of Peak Potential Physiotherapy & Wellness. She brings over a decade of experience in fitness, nutrition, and physical therapy. After having two children of her own, she is passionate about helping other moms regain their health and vitality, whether they have a 6 week or 16 year old. Her own continuing education has focused on pregnancy fitness, postpartum back and pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and regaining abdominal strength and integrity.

With additional training and certification as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Amanda leverages her unique method of balancing nutrition, movement, and mindset to help women rebound from illness or injury through one on one wellness coaching. She also enjoys helping clients meet their fitness, weight loss, pain management, or general health goals using education, encouragement, and accountability.

Elena Yanes

Elena Yanes is one of the most dedicated and caring people we know, both in and out of the clinic. As a former competitive swimmer, she knows firsthand how an injury can change a person's life as well as the importance of getting back to the things you love. Throughout her career she has pursued all things exercise and fitness with not one, but three degrees from Delta State University - Bachelor's of Science, Master's of Health and Physical Education, and a Master's in Exercise Science.

After several years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor she went back to school to become a physical therapist assistant. Professionally, she is most passionate about sports rehabilitation and helping clients with jaw pain (temporal mandibular disorder). Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband Evan and son Gabriel.

Dr. Savannah Payton Rutledge

PT, DPT, Astym-cert

Originally from Georgia, Dr. Savannah Rutledge is a proud graduate of Mississippi State University where she earned her degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Clinical Exercise Physiology. While attending university, Dr. Rutledge was recruited to the cheerleading team before leveraging her competitive cheer experience into a position as team coach. After suffering her own catastrophic ACL tear, Dr. Rutledge made it her life's mission to help others with similar injuries regain mobility and greater quality of life.

She moved to Tennessee to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College and originally came to Peak Potential for her final internship before graduation. Savannah and her husband Spencer have settled into the Memphis area with their dog Sampson.

Our favorite thing about Savannah is her passion for helping others, by keeping them moving and motivated. She is always striving to learn and grow professionally in order to bring her best to her patients, and she does it all with a smile on her face.

Dr. Tyler Grady

Physical Therapist, DPT

Dr. Tyler Grady grew up in Arkansas playing sports, which led him to his passion of helping others live an active lifestyle without pain or limitations. He graduated in 2019 from the University of Central Arkansas with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and began his career here in Shelby County after graduation in order to be with his wife Katie.

Tyler has many talents, including singing and playing the guitar. He even has a family band. Dr. Grady also enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, being at the lake, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks! We are blessed to have Tyler on our team with his strong knowledge of the human body and passion to help others succeed at their goals. He strives to give his best to each patient and continues to grow his toolbox to better serve others. Best of all, his positive energy is contagious.
